Internships in the Software Industry

I'm currently a grad student at MIT majoring in computer science and electrical engineering. I've spent my summers interning at a variety of software-related companies, from Electronic Arts in California to Sandia National Laboratories in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Below is my personal ranking of these internship experiences.

Finding Software Internships

All of my internships were found on-campus at MIT through the career services center. MIT uses MonsterTrak to schedule on-campus interviews with various companies.

MIT also has a great program for sophomores during January called the Undergraduate Practice Opportunities Program (UPOP). This program helped me find my first internship at Sandia National Laboratories.
